Surrounded by rolling hills and open meadows, this traditional Tuscan farmhouse is set within a private garden with panoramic countryside views. The villa accommodates fourteen guests in seven double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. An additional Cottage, available on request, can host six more guests in three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The outdoor spaces include a large swimming pool with a paved poolside area furnished with sun loungers, as well as parasols for shaded relaxation. The garden provides ample space for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Inside, the villa features spacious and bright interiors with a soft, natural color palette. The ground floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with large windows and doors leading to the terrace, and a guest bathroom. A traditional Tuscan loggia serves as the main entrance, and all ground-floor rooms open onto the garden.
The first floor houses six double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Four bathrooms have showers, one has a bathtub, and one features both a bathtub and a shower. A common living area on this floor offers views of the estate, and a laundry room is also available. The second floor has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The optional Cottage features a ground-floor living room and one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The upper floor includes two additional double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower bathroom. A shared tennis court is available on request, subject to availability.
