Located in the heart of Greve in Chianti, this expansive estate comprises a main villa and a separate cottage, framed by a landscape of olive groves and vineyards. The property is defined by its traditional Tuscan materiality and a panoramic infinity-edge swimming pool that overlooks the valley.

The exterior grounds are centered around the pool and a dedicated sundeck. A covered patio serves as a primary space for al fresco dining and lounging, complemented by a specialized BBQ area. The manicured gardens include scented trees and integrated hiking paths that lead directly into the surrounding nature.

Inside, the ground floor living spaces utilize authentic cotto flooring and exposed oak beams finished in white to create an airy, linear atmosphere. Wide architectural arches connect the living areas to a fully equipped modern kitchen. The interior is climate-controlled with air conditioning throughout and includes a guest bathroom for functional convenience.

The accommodation is distributed across nine suites, all featuring ensuite bathrooms and hair dryers:

  • Main Villa Ground Floor: Two King/Twin suites with ensuite showers, both designed for wheelchair accessibility.
  • Main Villa First Floor: Two King/Twin suites with ensuite tubs and two Family King suites, the latter featuring additional beds on mezzanine levels and private tubs.
  • Cottage: Three King/Twin suites, each with an ensuite shower.

The stay includes daily housekeeping for three hours, a mid-week linen change, and daily delivery of a continental breakfast.
