The exterior is composed of manicured gardens and vast greenery, centered around a 16-meter panoramic swimming pool with depths ranging from 0.7 to 2.5 meters. This outdoor living space is highly functional, featuring an island bar, a dedicated outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning pizza oven, and a private helipad. Multiple alfresco dining areas are positioned throughout the grounds for large-scale hosting and open-air screenings.

The interior architecture utilizes original stone walls for natural thermal regulation, complemented by internal brick arches and classic terracotta flooring.
