Situated in the picturesque Cecina Valley of Tuscany, this villa offers a refined retreat amidst a landscape of rolling hills, ancient woodlands, and productive vineyards. The region is celebrated for its medieval villages, with the historic city of Volterra, known for its Etruscan heritage, visible from the valley. Proximity to the Tyrrhenian Sea provides convenient access to coastal towns and beaches, while the villa itself presents a harmonious blend of luxury and architectural design.

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a south-facing heated pool measuring 5 x 10 meters, complemented by a sundeck with loungers and a shaded pergola. An open-air kitchen and bar are available for al fresco dining and entertaining. Guests can explore the surrounding forest trails for hiking and mountain biking, or gather around the firepit in the evenings. A private heliport and dedicated parking are also provided.

Inside, the ground floor hosts a grand main living area with a double-height ceiling, illuminated by skylights, and furnished with leather sofas and a designer fireplace. A grand piano adds an elegant touch, alongside a dining table accommodating up to 16 guests. Above, a mezzanine level features a pool table. The vaulted open area, characterized by brick arches, encompasses a chef’s kitchen, an additional dining space, and a comfortable living room that opens directly to the garden.

A private spa on the ground floor offers an indoor thermal pool with hydromassage, chromotherapy, and a counter-current system, alongside a Finnish sauna, hammam, and a dedicated relaxation area. A fully equipped gym is also available. The first floor provides further amenities, including a theater room with Sky TV and a quiet study area.

The villa accommodates up to 13 guests across seven air-conditioned bedrooms and seven bathrooms, each equipped with a hairdryer. On the ground floor of the main villa, there is a master king bedroom (300 x 300 cm) with garden access, a fireplace, TV, and an en suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and shower. A second king bedroom (170 x 200 cm) also has an en suite shower bathroom. The first floor includes a suite with a four-poster king bed (170 x 200 cm), an en suite shower bathroom, and access to a private terrace with pool views. Additionally, there are two queen bedrooms (160 x 190 cm) and one French bed bedroom (150 x 190 cm), each with a private shower bathroom. Two of these first-floor bedrooms can be connected to form a family suite with an independent entrance. An independent annex houses a bedroom with a distinctive round bed (290 cm diameter) and a barrier-free bathroom.

Modern comforts include Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a sound system, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is fully appointed with a dishwasher, various coffee makers, an icemaker, and a wine cooler. Laundry facilities are available, along with a BBQ grill and board games. Five e-bikes are offered for rental. The nearest serviced town is just two minutes away, while Pisa Airport is an hour and fifteen minutes by car. The beach at Follonica is a 40-minute drive, and the historic town of Volterra can be reached in 45 minutes.
