Guests have exclusive access to a private 100-square-meter infinity pool, a 19-square-meter hot tub, and a spacious solarium, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The villa is one of six independent residences within a larger luxury resort. This unique setup allows guests to enjoy maximum privacy while having the option to utilize the excellent services and amenities of the resort, including restaurants, bars, a cellar for visits and wine tastings, meeting and event rooms, 7 outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, a daily activity program (in summer), and a spacious SPA.
For larger groups or events, it's possible to rent several villas together or use certain rooms and spaces within the resort. The villa itself is divided into two floors, featuring interiors that blend classic and modern elements seamlessly. The recent renovation has created a welcoming yet refined atmosphere, respecting the original heritage of the property.
On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms for four people, each with a private bathroom. The bright living room provides direct access to the garden, and an impressive wooden staircase leads to the first floor with another living room and three bedrooms: two deluxe rooms and a junior suite, all with private marble bathrooms. The master bedroom features a walk-in shower connecting the bedroom with the bathroom. All bedrooms boast kingsize beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Connecting the two floors is a beautiful two-story library crafted by local artisans. On the ground floor, a conservatory of over 40 square meters leads to a private garden featuring grand oaks, part of a unique collection in Italy.
