La Marcellina is an exclusive 20-acre estate with three villas, each with their own grounds, pool and outdoor space, that can be rented together or separately. With stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the three villas are ideally situated to offer complete privacy to their guests.
Villa Scuderie is set on a hill below the ancient hamlet of Panzano. Access to the property is through two different and short, not paved roads starting from the town. Located in the heart of Chianti, the estate is perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside in complete privacy: two of the villas were built during the 16th and 17th centuries as farmhouses, while the third villa is a new addition.
The property has been masterfully restored while preserving the atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan residence. Four years of renovations were completed in 2018 and involved a specialized architect, a construction company of local artisans, and a search for original materials from all over Italy. Moreover, during the restoration process, the owners have respected the environment with the use of clean energy sources like solar and geothermal energy.
Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas, while windows and gates are positioned to avoid any privacy limitations.

On a lower level, you will find an alfresco dining area equipped with a dining table and barbecue. Here you will also find an exceptional newly-built swimming pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind.
Merging the old world with the new, Le Scuderie shows off its ancient authenticity on the exterior with original stone walls and tiled roofs, while inside, you can appreciate the updated, contemporary atmosphere, decorated with high-end electronics and designer furnishings. The villa’s unique floor plan is a testament to the owner's desire not to change the original structure. The kitchen, dining room and living area seamlessly flow out to the terrace, where you will find more dining space.
From the outdoor terrace, you will access the living and dining area complete with a fully-equipped kitchen. On the same floor, you will also find a guest bathroom. From the main level, a short flight of steps leads to an elegant living room on the upper floor and an exclusive indoor heated pool with relaxing lights, a small bar and a sitting area.
