Guests will find two distinct living rooms: one designed for formal gatherings and another dedicated to relaxation, complete with a television area. The spacious, functional eat-in kitchen serves as a central gathering point, equipped for meal preparation by guests or a hired chef. A dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer is also available.

The apartment accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen-size bed. Every bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and is equipped with air conditioning. All bathrooms include hair dryers for guest convenience.

Modern amenities enhance comfort, including central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a satellite Smart TV with Netflix, and a stereo system. The kitchen is fully modernized and includes a dishwasher. An elevator provides convenient access to the first-floor apartment.

The rate includes electricity, air conditioning, heating, water, gas, and Wi-Fi internet service. Additional services such as housekeeping (€25 per hour), bed linen changes (€25 per set/per change), and babysitting (€25 per hour) are available at an extra cost. Cook service is provided exclusively by the villa management and in-house staff, with the cost of food and beverages not included.

From this central Florence location, major city sites, including Ponte Vecchio (an 8-minute walk), are easily accessible on foot. Florence Peretola Airport is approximately 26 minutes away, and Siena can be reached in about 60 minutes by car. The concierge service can assist with booking tours to explore the picturesque Tuscan countryside, including vineyards in the Chianti region or charming towns like Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, and Pisa.

Please note a damage liability of €1,000 and a mandatory final cleaning fee of €400, payable locally upon arrival. A visitor's tax, as required by the Italian government (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day for the first seven days), is also payable locally in Euro cash. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, with check-out by 10:00 am. A late check-in fee of €25 applies for each hour between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm; arrivals after 10:00 pm are not accepted. All extra services must be paid locally prior to departure unless otherwise arranged.
