Tuscan Seascape is the result of a perfect balance between Italian tradition and contemporary style. On the ground floor, you will find two double bedrooms, one twin room and one single room. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with a shower. On the same floor, you will also find a kitchenette. Flooded with light, the upper floor, which is the main floor, boasts a modern fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the sea, an open-plan living and dining area, and a guest bathroom.
Accessed from a staircase, the second floor has three double bedrooms and one single room. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom of one of the double bedrooms has a bathtub. All other bathrooms feature a shower. On the third floor of the villa, you will find a room complete with an exercise bike, a guest bathroom and a bathroom with a shower. The property also features a dépendance for the staff of the villa, located in the upper area of the property. The housekeeping staff lives in the dépendance and will take care of the villa throughout the stay.
