Villa Sealine is an exceptional seafront villa located in Port Andratx with direct access to the Mediterranean Sea and uninterrupted sunset views throughout the year. Set on an 1,800m² plot, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

The property features a fully equipped state-of-the-art Miele kitchen, a spacious living area, and large indoor and outdoor dining tables. The layout allows for seamless indoor-outdoor living, with multiple terraces and garden areas designed for relaxation and entertaining.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a 10 x 4 metre swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool, sauna, outdoor gym, lawned garden areas, wooden daybed, sun loungers, BBQ, and covered dining space. Two outdoor showers are positioned for convenience after swimming in the pool or entering directly from the sea. The Mediterranean is just a few metres away, and if arriving by yacht, anchoring directly in front of the villa allows access from the water.

Although the villa feels predominantly on one level, it is arranged over two floors plus a detached one-bedroom guest studio with kitchenette and laundry room.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, guest toilet, wardrobe, bedroom four with en-suite bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry, BBQ area, outdoor dining, pool terrace, sofa lounge, sauna, lawn, garden area with wooden daybed, and outdoor gym park.

The first floor comprises bedroom one with en-suite bathroom and large covered terrace, bedroom two with en-suite bathroom and covered balcony, and bedroom three with en-suite bathroom.

The detached guest house includes bedroom five with en-suite bathroom, sea-view terrace, kitchenette, and laundry room.

Within walking distance is the harbour promenade of Port Andratx with restaurants, cafés, and designer shops. Daily maid service is included, and additional services such as a private chef, rental cars delivered to the villa, and chauffeured transfers can be arranged upon request.
