Both of these rooms offer direct access to the pool terrace, with the double bedroom also providing sea views.
• First Floor: A double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, plus a private terrace with sea views. A twin room includes an en-suite shower bathroom. The sixth bedroom, adaptable as an additional living space, offers a double sofa bed, a separate bathroom, and opens to a sun terrace with sea views.

The villa is situated in an upscale neighbourhood on Mallorca’s southwest coast, offering convenient access to local attractions. Camp de Mar’s golden beach and the 18-hole Golf de Andratx are reachable via a short drive or a twenty-minute downhill stroll. Port d’Andratx, ideal for boat charters, is ten minutes away, while Palma’s cultural offerings are within a thirty-minute drive. Dining options nearby include the distinctive Illeta restaurant and the Beach Club Gran Folies.

Practical amenities include weekly pool cleaning, a mid-stay clean on Wednesdays, and linen and towel changes on Saturdays.
