The outdoor spaces are designed for leisure, featuring multiple terraces for quiet contemplation and a large, heated infinity pool, maintained at 26 degrees from April to October. A 36-degree Jacuzzi provides further relaxation, complemented by a barbecue area with a fountain, extensive gardens, and a dedicated petanque court. Guests will find ample outdoor seating, dining areas, and parasols, all within a fully fenced perimeter with private parking.

Inside, the villa extends across four levels, encompassing 900 square meters of meticulously appointed living space. A grand entrance hall leads to the main living and dining areas, which open directly onto the outdoor terraces. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, freezer, and coffee machine, while additional amenities such as a bar, fitness room, washing machine, and tumble dryer enhance comfort. Two additional first-level bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed, one with a 200x200cm bed) also include TVs, balconies, dressing rooms, and ensuites with walk-in showers. A fourth bedroom on the ground level provides a 160x200cm bed, TV, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The two remaining bedrooms are situated on a separate lower guest level, each with a 160x200cm bed, TV, and ensuite walk-in shower, sharing an additional living area and kitchenette. A dedicated staff room with an ensuite bathroom is also available.

For recreation, a ping-pong table and petanque area are provided. Guests benefit from daily maid service for four hours, excluding Sundays, along with comprehensive pool and garden maintenance and final cleaning.
