The exterior spaces are designed for enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate. A 13 x 5-meter saltwater swimming pool is central to the main terrace, which is equipped with loungers and parasols. A separate rear garden provides a quiet, verdant escape. For al fresco dining, a summer kitchen features a built-in charcoal barbecue. Several bedrooms also provide direct access to sun-kissed terraces, complete with shaded areas and additional loungers, all framed by panoramic views. The property is fully fenced with private gates and offers parking.

Inside, the villa combines modern elegance with a warm Mediterranean ambiance. Spacious, open-plan living areas feature folding glass doors that open to the terraces, creating a seamless connection with the sea and sky vistas. The sleek design is complemented by comfortable furnishings. Entertainment options include a cozy sitting room with a log fire and a dedicated chill-out space featuring an HD TV. A pool room houses an elegant antique table. Accommodating up to ten guests, the villa features five light-filled bedrooms spread across two floors. Each bedroom is appointed with an emperor-size bed (200x200cm), air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. These bathrooms are equipped with luxurious pebble-floor rainfall showers. One particular en-suite bathroom extends to an outdoor soaking tub, offering views. Two additional bedrooms provide direct access to a terrace with a seating area.

The villa's location in Genova offers both tranquility and accessibility. Guests can walk to acclaimed local restaurants within five minutes. Palma’s vibrant city center is a short drive away, while the sandy beaches of Cala Major (2.5km) and Illetas are approximately 5-10 minutes by car. Nearby hiking trails through pine forests offer coastal views. A car rental is recommended for exploring the wider region. The airport is approximately 19 minutes away (20.3km).

Housekeeping services, including three cleans per week (approximately 5 hours each) and weekly pool and garden maintenance, are included. Tourist tax is also covered. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra cost of 25 euros per hour.
