For privacy and convenience, the villa is fully fenced with private gates and offers on-site parking.

Inside, the 260m² living area includes a fireplace and underfloor heating, alongside an entertainment system with Netflix and YouTube. The kitchen and dining area are equipped with modern appliances for preparing meals. A distinctive feature is the private wine cellar, complete with a sound system and a selection of local Mallorquin wines.

The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four air-conditioned bedrooms. On the ground floor, one double bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 22.5 kilometers, a 19-minute drive.
