Perched above the village, The Poet’s Perch blends traditional Mallorcan character with contemporary design. Framed by the dramatic Serra de Tramuntana, the property features sun-drenched terraces, an infinity pool, and cultivated gardens overlooking the surrounding landscape. Carefully restored with refined finishes, the interiors provide a comfortable and elegant atmosphere, while expansive outdoor spaces offer far-reaching views.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four suites. The master suite includes a super king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace with mountain views. Two guest bedrooms feature twin beds with en-suite bathrooms and countryside views, while the pool suite offers a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool terrace. An additional study includes a sofa bed.
Outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation, with bougainvillea-lined terraces and an infinity pool overlooking the surrounding landscape. Guests can dine alfresco, enjoy the outdoor spaces, or unwind indoors by the fireplace or in the media room.
The villa’s location allows easy access to the centre of Deià, where cobbled streets lead to galleries, shops, and restaurants. Cala Deià is approximately 3 km away, offering a secluded cove with clear Mediterranean waters.
