Situated on a verdant hillside near the charming town of Alaró, this classic whitewashed Mallorcan country home serves as a gateway to the Tramuntana mountains. It presents sweeping panoramic views across Mallorca’s central plains, surrounded by rolling farmland and traditional estates. The location provides excellent access across the island, with Alcúdia Bay’s golden beaches reachable in 30 minutes and Palma, including its international airport, just 20 minutes away.
The property’s gardens feature expansive green lawns, elegantly shaped shrubs, and a curated selection of fragrant Mediterranean plants. The tranquil atmosphere is enhanced by the gentle sound of trickling water from a fish pond and birdsong from the nearby wooded hillsides. Guests can relax on cushioned sun loungers by the private pool, or choose between two distinct terrace areas: one with a bespoke local stone table for alfresco dining for eight, and another furnished with plush seating, ideal for refreshments or sundowner drinks. Private gates and parking are available, alongside a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
Inside, the home combines rustic charm with refined details, where sunlight illuminates elegant chandeliers, gilt-framed artwork, and carefully selected furnishings. The inviting sitting room features comfortable sofas and opens directly onto the terrace, facilitating seamless indoor-outdoor living. For those needing to attend to work, a dedicated office space includes a desk, computer, and printer. The light-filled, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a premium coffee machine and a large fridge-freezer with an ice maker. An adjacent utility room provides comprehensive laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. WiFi and a TV are also provided.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four spacious double bedrooms, each designed with soft, stylish, and understated décor for a restful ambiance. Three bedrooms offer stunning countryside views, and all feature private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and/or bathtubs, along with plush towels and quality toiletries. Hair dryers are also available.
- Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): This grand retreat includes a Super King feature bed, a gas fireplace, a walk-in dressing room, and air conditioning. It boasts a private balcony and loggia with a dedicated seating area for enjoying magnificent vistas. The expansive en-suite is fitted with both a bath and a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Opening directly onto the front terraces with sweeping countryside views, this suite features a King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning. Its spacious en-suite includes both a bathtub and a large walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 3 (First Floor): Positioned at the front of the villa, this room offers outstanding views across the central Mallorcan plain. It features a King sleigh bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and an en-suite with a walk-in shower and bath.
- Bedroom 4 (Rear of the house): Located at the back for tranquility, this room overlooks the lush gardens. It contains a King-size feature bed, fitted wardrobes, and a private en-suite. Please note, this room does not have air conditioning.
Daily housekeeping services are provided Monday to Saturday, ensuring beds are made, rooms tidied, and floors cleaned. The kitchen is maintained, and pool and seating areas are tidied daily. Fresh towels are supplied daily, and bed linens are changed mid-week. A gardener and handyman are on site Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for maintenance. Due to the villa’s architectural design with open levels and water elements, it is best suited for adult groups or families with older children. Tourist Tax is payable upon arrival, with extra cleaning available at 20€ per hour, and a 250€ charge for stays under seven days.
The charming town of Alaró, 12 minutes away, offers several excellent restaurants, including the renowned Es Verger on the road to Alaró Castle. Scenic walking routes, such as the hike to Alaró Castle, are nearby. Further attractions include House of Son Amar (23 mins), the Historic Train to Soller from Palma Station (25 mins), Padel Club Mallorca (24 mins), and Palma Jump Trampoline Park (25 mins).
