The outdoor terrace features a 10m x 4m infinity pool, offering expansive sea views. Plush sun loungers and a corner lounge area provide spaces for relaxation. An alfresco dining setup accommodates up to eight guests, ideal for enjoying sunsets over the Mediterranean.

Inside, the upper level hosts an open-plan living area bathed in natural light, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining space, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors frame the sea views and provide direct access to the terrace and pool. The interiors feature contemporary artworks, polished marble floors, and refined furnishings, creating a sophisticated atmosphere.

Further lounge areas are available, including a distinct lower-level living space that offers a unique perspective with underwater views of the pool. The kitchen, though compact, is equipped with high-end appliances and includes a breakfast bar.

The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms, all located on the lower level. This includes three double rooms and two twin bedrooms, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two of these en-suites also offer a separate soaking tub. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds and double-glazed windows for undisturbed rest.

Modern comforts include air conditioning, underfloor heating, satellite television, and a Bluetooth sound system. The property is secured by electric gates. End-of-stay cleaning is provided, with a mid-stay full clean and linen change for bookings of two weeks. Pets are permitted.
