The exterior features a spacious south-facing swimming pool, bordered by expansive wraparound terraces suitable for sunbathing. The pool offers heating for year-round enjoyment. A six-person hot tub is available for relaxation. A large lawned garden provides an area for recreation, and a high-end gas barbecue facilitates outdoor dining.
Inside, natural light fills the spaces through expansive glass doors and picture windows, integrating the coastal views. The main living areas include two elegant lounges, a double-sided fireplace, and generous open-plan spaces. Underfloor heating ensures comfort during cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen features Miele appliances, a Nespresso machine, a wine cooler, and a filtered water system. For entertainment, a Sonos sound system, PlayStation 4, and table tennis are provided.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests in five bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a dedicated bathroom. Three bedrooms feature en-suite facilities. All bathrooms are appointed with twin basins and walk-in rainfall showers, while two suites also include soaking tubs and offer flexible twin-bed configurations. The Master Suite provides a private terrace with a hot tub, sun loungers, and bay views. A separate guest house contains the fifth bedroom, offering additional privacy and an en-suite bathroom.
The property is conveniently located near local amenities, with a restaurant 600 meters away and a shop 500 meters away. Port d'Andratx town is 2.6 km distant, and Cala Llamp beach is 3.4 km away. Palma and the airport are approximately a 30-35 minute drive. Housekeeping services are provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays for cleaning and towel changes, with linen changes on Saturdays.
