Perched above pristine white-sand beaches, Wild Tamarind offers a dining experience that seamlessly blends the flavors of the Caribbean with international culinary influences. Our lunch and dinner menus feature a variety of unique dishes crafted from the freshest ingredients. Complement your meal with a selection from our extensive wine list or a signature cocktail from the Hummingbird Bar. Regular beachside events enhance the atmosphere, making every visit memorable.
Open from 12pm to 3pm and 6pm to 9:30pm.
The Terrace Bar and Restaurant
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Caribbean Sea, The Terrace is more than just a place to dine—it’s a true escape. Start your day with a delightful breakfast, indulge in a leisurely afternoon tea, or enjoy early evening Mediterranean tapas. The panoramic ocean views will elevate your culinary experience, from sunrise to sunset.

Hummingbird Bar
Open from dawn to dusk, the Hummingbird Bar offers a vibrant selection of handcrafted cocktails and fine wines. From morning mimosas to evening mojitos, this open-air bar transitions from a laid-back daytime retreat to an intimate night-time venue, perfect for enjoying creative drinks and breathtaking views of the ocean under the stars.
