Ocean One is a beautiful oceanfront villa featuring five bedrooms and boasting stunning 180-degree panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Situated between Darkwood Beach and the island of Montserrat, with St. Kitts visible in the distance, the villa offers a truly serene and picturesque setting.
The highlight of the property is its expansive infinity-edge swimming pool, measuring 56 feet (17 meters) in length, which overlooks the ocean and is accompanied by a gazebo ideal for outdoor dining. The pool area seamlessly connects to the indoors, leading to a tastefully furnished lounge, TV room, dining area, open-plan kitchen, and a separate laundry room.
The main living area includes a king-size ensuite bedroom, while the first floor features two more king-size ensuite bedrooms, a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, and a private study, all offering breathtaking ocean views.
Outside, a private garden awaits, accessible from the main pool deck, where you'll find the fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, adjacent bathroom, and private lounge. Additionally, the lower level houses a games room with a pool table and TV for entertainment and the enitre villa is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, fly screens, and high-speed internet service throughout, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests.
