Set in the sought-after Toiny area of St. Barths, this contemporary four-bedroom villa is arranged across four independent pavilions, with ocean views forming the backdrop throughout. White vaulted ceilings, dark wood accents and soft neutral tones create a bright and contemporary interior, while tropical gardens surround the property.

The main pavilion houses a spacious living room with large bay windows overlooking the ocean. Alongside is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for eight guests. A separate pavilion contains a dedicated television room, providing an additional space for relaxing indoors.

Outside, the expansive terrace centres around a heated infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea. Sun loungers and palm trees surround the pool, while a covered terrace provides an outdoor lounge and dining area with seating for up to ten guests. Green lawns and tropical gardens provide further outdoor space around the villa.

The property has four en-suite bedrooms, all enjoying ocean views. One bedroom is located on the upper level and has its own private balcony. The remaining three are positioned on the main level across the different pavilions, with direct access to either the pool terrace or tropical garden. Each bedroom includes a television and dressing area.

Additional features include air-conditioned living spaces, U.S. satellite television, Apple TV and private parking. The villa also offers disabled access.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
