Set high in the peaceful hills of Vitet, this five-bedroom villa enjoys sweeping views across the turquoise waters of Grand-Cul-de-Sac. Spacious interiors, generous outdoor areas and tropical gardens create a relaxed setting for enjoying the Caribbean surroundings.

The main living area is bright and welcoming, with warm wood finishes and colourful artwork adding character throughout. Large openings connect the interiors with the terraces and allow the trade winds to flow through the space. A fully equipped kitchen sits alongside the dining area, which can accommodate up to ten guests.

Outside, the private swimming pool overlooks the ocean and is surrounded by spacious terraces designed for outdoor living. Guests can dine al fresco, relax on comfortable lounge benches or unwind in hanging chairs while taking in the views. A separate barbecue area is tucked into the tropical garden, where hammocks, flamboyant trees and bougainvillea provide another peaceful place to relax.

The villa has five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms are located on the main level, with three enjoying sea views and the fourth overlooking the tropical garden. The fifth bedroom is on the lower level and opens onto its own private terrace.

Weathered wood textures and crisp white walls run throughout the villa, creating a simple Caribbean-inspired style that complements the natural surroundings.

Additional features include U.S. satellite television and a private swimming pool. The villa is suitable for children over 10 years old and is non-smoking inside.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.
