The expansive living area, bathed in natural light, opens directly to the breathtaking panoramic views of Marigot Bay. Here, plush sofas invite relaxation under a vaulted ceiling, evoking a distinctive island tranquility. Adjacent to this inviting space, the dining area comfortably seats up to twelve guests around a grand wooden table, complemented by modern black chairs. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen, perfect for a private chef to craft exquisite meals, features a breakfast bar where large glass doors frame captivating ocean vistas.

Steps descend to an expansive outdoor terrace, meticulously furnished for sophisticated al fresco living. The heart of this space is a magnificent oversized heated swimming pool, measuring 4 x 12 meters, encircled by various chic lounging areas and comfortable sunbeds, ideal for soaking in the Caribbean sun. An outdoor dining table with benches provides a sublime setting for meals, all while preserving uninterrupted views through transparent glass railings.

This exquisite villa accommodates up to twelve guests across six air-conditioned bedroom suites, each designed with high vaulted ceilings and offering beautiful ocean views. Privacy is paramount, with one suite thoughtfully situated in a separate bungalow by the pool. Another is conveniently attached to the main building, while the remaining four are located on a lower level. All suites feature king-size beds, with one offering twin beds and connecting to an adjacent room, creating an ideal arrangement for families with children over ten years old. Each bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, some with luxurious indoor and outdoor Italian showers.

Completing this luxury retreat is a dedicated, air-conditioned fitness room on the lower level, also enjoying inspiring sea views, along with modern amenities such as U.S. satellite television. Minimum Stay in our St Barts Villas

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

How many people can stay in a villa booked?

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Can I wash my clothes at the villa?

To ensure a truly carefree escape, each of our St Barts villas is appointed with a washing machine, and most include a dryer. These amenities are attended to by your dedicated housekeeper, who is available to assist with your personal laundry for a modest fee, allowing you to travel light and embrace a seamless vacation experience. Kindly note that our villas in St. Barts are an exception to this offering. While direct guest use of these appliances is not customary due to insurance considerations, our concierge is at your service to explore any specific needs you may have.
