Located in the private residential area of Pointe Milou, Valentina Estate comprises two contemporary villas, Valentina and Bonbonniere, offering five bedrooms, two swimming pools and breathtaking ocean views. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, the estate accommodates up to ten guests and provides an elegant, private setting for families or groups of friends visiting St Barths.

Both villas feature fully air-conditioned interiors, thoughtfully decorated in a refined, contemporary style. Valentina's living room combines deep-blue seating with striking white walls, while Bonbonniere offers a comfortable and private lounge area. Each villa includes an indoor dining space and a well-equipped kitchen, providing everything needed to prepare meals or enjoy the services of a private chef.

The outdoor areas are designed to make the most of the ocean views and tropical surroundings. Two large swimming pools are complemented by spacious terraces furnished with sun loungers and cushioned daybeds. Palm trees and local shrubs fill the landscaped gardens, where wooden benches and an outdoor dining table provide additional places to relax. Valentina also features a shaded gazebo, ideal for yoga or enjoying the gentle trade winds.

The estate's five spacious bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and feature king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, office areas and ocean views. Each bedroom offers a comfortable and private space to unwind. Bonbonniere also includes a guest bathroom and an additional relaxation area on the mezzanine.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Personal Laundry Service

In most of our St Barts villas, the housekeeper can assist with personal laundry for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance, as this is not a professional service and our agency accepts no liability for damages.

Additional Information

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
