The spacious, air-conditioned living area opens seamlessly onto the expansive beachfront terrace, where breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea create a spectacular backdrop. Elegant furnishings, a grand piano, and generous lounge spaces provide the perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining, while the fully equipped modern kitchen is designed to accommodate everything from casual breakfasts to private chef experiences arranged through our concierge service. A peaceful internal courtyard features a bar, a spacious spa jacuzzi, and a private patio for moments of quiet relaxation.

Outside, the villa is centred around a magnificent heated swimming pool overlooking the ocean, surrounded by sun loungers, shaded seating areas, and an alfresco dining space ideal for long Caribbean lunches and sunset dinners. Private gated access leads directly onto the pristine sands of Lorient Beach, where guests can enjoy a dedicated beach area complete with loungers. Kayaks, paddleboards, surfboards, and snorkelling equipment are also provided, making it easy to explore the crystal-clear waters just steps from the villa.

The estate accommodates up to fourteen guests across seven beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and generous storage. Five bedrooms are located within the main house, with three opening onto the peaceful courtyard and all featuring private terraces and dressing rooms. Two additional bedrooms are situated within a separate guest house, complete with its own kitchen and living area, providing added privacy for extended family, friends, or accompanying staff.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

In most of our St Barts villas, the housekeeper can assist with personal laundry for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance, as this is not a professional service and our agency accepts no liability for damages.

Additional Information

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
