The fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a chic bar with stools, is prepared for culinary endeavors. Above this vibrant space, a serene, air-conditioned mezzanine provides a private haven, featuring a large sofa and cushions, an HD screen, and a striking vaulted ceiling that enhances its cozy ambiance.

Outdoors, the experience is equally captivating. The covered terrace is thoughtfully arranged for al fresco dining, allowing you to savor meals within the gentle tropical breeze. Adjacent, a stylish lounge area invites leisurely afternoons and evening cocktails, all while framed by panoramic ocean views. At the terrace's edge, a gently swaying hammock promises moments of pure relaxation. This exquisite villa features four private en-suite bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to eight guests. Three of these elegant retreats are situated within the main residence, offering a queen-sized canopy bed in one, and flexible king beds (convertible to twins) in the other two. For an added layer of privacy, a fourth bedroom is housed within a separate, charming bungalow on the lower level, accessible via its own outdoor staircase. This secluded haven boasts a comfortable king-size bed, a convenient kitchenette, and opens directly onto a private terrace, positioned invitingly close to the pool area. This distinct arrangement ensures ultimate comfort and tranquility for every guest.

Minimum Stay in our St Barts Villas

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

How many people can stay in a villa booked?

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Can I wash my clothes at the villa?

To ensure a truly carefree escape, each of our St Barts villas is appointed with a washing machine, and most include a dryer. These amenities are attended to by your dedicated housekeeper, who is available to assist with your personal laundry for a modest fee, allowing you to travel light and embrace a seamless vacation experience. Kindly note that our villas in St. Barts are an exception to this offering. While direct guest use of these appliances is not customary due to insurance considerations, our concierge is at your service to explore any specific needs you may have.
