Perched on the hillside in Vitet, this beautifully renovated villa is arranged across several Caribbean-inspired pavilions, capturing sweeping views over the ocean and the lush Grand Fond valley. Surrounded by tropical greenery, it offers a peaceful setting with stylish interiors and generous outdoor spaces designed for making the most of the scenery.

The bright, air-conditioned living area combines dark wood accents with crisp white finishes, creating an inviting space to unwind. A striking white piano adds character, while the fully equipped kitchen sits beneath a high mansard ceiling and opens to the indoor dining area, where up to six guests can enjoy meals with panoramic sea views.

Outside, the spacious terrace is the heart of the villa, framed by breathtaking ocean and valley vistas. A covered dining area seats up to eight for relaxed alfresco meals, while a comfortable outdoor lounge offers the perfect place to enjoy the island breeze. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, creating an ideal spot to relax throughout the day.

The villa accommodates up to six guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master suite occupies its own private bungalow, complete with a terrace overlooking the pool, ocean and tropical landscape. Two further king-size bedrooms are located on the lower garden level close to the main living areas, with one offering twin-bed flexibility. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.

Additional amenities include air-conditioned living spaces and bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, private parking, U.S. satellite television, and Wi-Fi. The villa welcomes children aged 10 and over and maintains a non-smoking policy throughout.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
