Perched on the peaceful hills of Vitet, this elegant two-bedroom villa enjoys sweeping views across the lagoon, the Caribbean Sea and towards St Martin. Designed on a single level, it offers bright, open living spaces, cooling trade winds and a relaxed setting for a stay in St Barths.

The spacious living room features a vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating and an HDTV, with large openings leading directly onto the terrace and its panoramic views. Beside the lounge, the fully equipped kitchen includes a central island, breakfast bar and dining area overlooking the tropical garden.

Outside, the expansive terrace is centred around a heated swimming pool framed by black volcanic rocks. Sun loungers, a hammock beneath the covered terrace and a separate outdoor lounge provide plenty of space to relax, while the covered alfresco dining area with its long wooden table is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the living area to maximise privacy. Each offers a king-size bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with an indoor Italian shower and double vanity, along with direct access to the terrace and sea views.

Located just a few minutes from the Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon, with its watersports and beachfront restaurants, the villa also benefits from private parking and outdoor lighting. Suitable for children aged 10 and over, the property is non-smoking throughout.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
