From its elevated setting, the villa enjoys breathtaking panoramas across the turquoise waters towards St. Martin, Fourchue, Bonhomme and Fregate.

Designed across two separate pavilions, the villa combines relaxed island living with a sense of seclusion. The main pavilion features an air-conditioned living area that opens onto the terrace, allowing the stunning ocean views to take centre stage. A separate pavilion houses the fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area, providing everything needed for leisurely breakfasts or romantic dinners.

Outside, the spacious parquet terrace invites you to make the most of the Caribbean sunshine. A private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, while the covered outdoor lounge offers a peaceful place to unwind with a book or enjoy an evening drink. An al fresco dining area overlooks the sea, creating a beautiful setting for meals with unforgettable views.

The air-conditioned bedroom is set within its own private bungalow, offering a peaceful sanctuary just steps from the main living area. Furnished with a king-size bed and opening directly onto the terrace, it wakes to spectacular ocean views. Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.
