Set on the peaceful hillside of Vitet, this one-bedroom villa enjoys panoramic views across the Caribbean Sea and distant islands. Recently refined, the property offers a private setting with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces designed for two guests.

The living area has a contemporary feel with comfortable furnishings, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an HD flat-screen television. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals, while the adjoining covered terrace features an outdoor dining area positioned to make the most of the ocean views.

Outside, the private terrace surrounds a heated swimming pool, with deck chairs providing space to relax in the sun. The covered section of the terrace offers additional lounge seating and a shaded setting for dining while overlooking the sea.

The air-conditioned bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan and views across the pool and ocean. An adjoining private bathroom completes the bedroom accommodation.

Additional features include U.S. satellite television and a Sonos surround sound system. The villa is pet-friendly and smoking is not permitted inside.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
