Set in the peaceful area of Dévé, this stylish two-bedroom villa offers a private retreat with stunning views across Grand Cul-de-Sac and the Caribbean Sea towards Turtle Island. Ideal for families or two couples, the villa combines contemporary design with comfortable indoor and outdoor living.

Arranged over a single level, the villa features a bright, open-plan living area with comfortable seating and a high-definition television, flowing effortlessly onto the terrace and making the spectacular sea views the focal point. The modern kitchen is finished in walnut wood and stainless steel, and is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, including a breakfast bar for casual dining.

Outside, the spacious terrace is designed for relaxed island living. A covered dining area seats up to six guests for al fresco meals, while the infinity pool overlooks the turquoise waters, creating a seamless connection with the horizon. Sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating surround the pool, with palm trees and natural stone adding to the tranquil atmosphere.

The villa's two air-conditioned bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the living area, providing excellent privacy for guests. Each features a king-size bed, a television, a personal safe and an en-suite bathroom. One bathroom also includes a bathtub and an outdoor shower. Both bedrooms open directly onto the pool terrace, allowing guests to step straight out to the stunning sea views.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.
