Set in Toiny overlooking the beach and ocean, this three-bedroom villa offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas across three buildings and two levels, accommodating up to six guests in a private setting.

The main living room opens widely onto the front terrace, framing impressive views across the ocean. Inside, a sofa and armchairs provide a comfortable lounge area, complemented by a separate television space. The well-equipped kitchen is positioned to one side and connects with the terrace through a bar with outdoor stools. Terracotta flooring runs throughout the living space.

Outside, the main terrace extends along the two buildings on the principal level. A covered dining area seats up to eight guests for al fresco meals overlooking the water, while the swimming pool is accompanied by cushioned loungers for relaxing in the sun. A further terrace is located below the bedroom bungalow at the end of the main terrace, with built-in seating facing the ocean and horizon.

The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms arranged across two levels. Two bedrooms are located in the building beside the swimming pool, including one with its own private lounge. The third bedroom occupies an upper bungalow accessed by an exterior stone staircase. Each bedroom opens onto a terrace, with the upper bedroom benefiting from its own private terrace.

With expansive ocean views, multiple terraces and a private swimming pool, the villa provides a peaceful Toiny setting for families or groups of friends of up to six guests.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.
