Set high in the peaceful hills of Toiny, this contemporary two-bedroom villa enjoys sweeping views across the ocean and surrounding tropical landscape. Bright, airy interiors, natural materials and warm wood accents create a relaxed setting, with the main living spaces designed to make the most of the impressive outlook.

The light-filled living area opens seamlessly onto the terrace, bringing the ocean views into the heart of the villa. The space can be air-conditioned for added comfort and sits alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and decorative tile detailing. A Nespresso coffee machine is also provided.

Outside, the spacious front terrace centres around a heated swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Sun loungers provide plenty of space to relax, while the covered terrace features an outdoor lounge and a dining area for six. Tropical planting surrounds the terrace, and a secluded curtained daybed offers an additional spot to unwind in privacy.

The villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and benefiting from an en-suite bathroom and ocean views. Natural finishes and understated interiors continue throughout both suites.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
