Why we love this villa

Infinity Pool

Elegant wooden terrace at Eden View villa with plush lounge chairs and panoramic views of St. Jean Bay's turquoise waters.

Breathtaking Views

Idyllic outdoor lounge on the covered terrace featuring a wicker daybed, overlooking the infinity pool and St. Jean Bay.

Outdoor Lounge Area

Set high on a hillside overlooking St Jean, Eden View offers sweeping panoramic views across the bay, with a unique vantage point for watching planes approach and land at St Barts airport. The elevated setting also provides a beautiful backdrop for both sunrise and sunset.

Arranged entirely on one level, the villa features a spacious air-conditioned living area with high ceilings, comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a refined neutral colour palette. The open-plan layout connects the lounge with a dining area for up to six guests and a modern, well-equipped kitchen, while large openings allow the island breeze to flow through the shared spaces.

Outside, a large wooden terrace looks out across the hills, bay and Caribbean Sea. The 15-metre infinity pool takes centre stage, accompanied by sun loungers and an outdoor lounge area. Guests can dine beneath the covered terrace or explore the villa’s tropical garden.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the living room, offering additional privacy. Each has an en-suite bathroom and opens directly onto the terrace, with views towards the turquoise waters of St Jean.

With two bedrooms, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces and an exceptional hillside outlook, Eden View is particularly well suited to couples, honeymooners or friends looking for a peaceful stay in St Barts.

House rules

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Included

Concierge

Dedicated 7/7 concierge assistance for preferential restaurant reservations, excursions, and activity bookings.

Welcome Amenities

Personalized meet & greet at the island port or airport, with an escort to your villa and welcome amenities upon arrival.

Housekeeping

Daily maid service is provided (except on Sundays and public holidays), and includes all household linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

Culinary & Provisioning Services

Villa provisioning, grocery delivery service, and the preparation of buffet breakfasts and brunches can be arranged at an additional cost.

VIP Transportation & Travel Assistance

Private transportation, VIP travel assistance, airport or dock transfers, airport arrival and departure services, and luggage shipping and handling assistance can be arranged at an additional cost.

Yacht & Marine Services

Reservations for private yacht charters and complete provisioning can be arranged at an additional cost.

Special Event Planning

Complete planning and organization for special celebrations, including honeymoons, weddings, and anniversaries can be arranged at an additional cost.

Personal Laundry Service

In most of our St Barts villas, the housekeeper can assist with personal laundry for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance, as this is not a professional service and our agency accepts no liability for damages.

Additional Information

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.
