Set in Saint-Jean with beautiful views across the bay and ocean, Villa JNANA is a spacious four-bedroom villa for up to eight guests. Arranged over two levels and surrounded by tropical greenery, the property combines bright interiors with generous outdoor spaces and a heated swimming pool.

The main living area is open, airy and air-conditioned, with large bay windows leading onto the terrace and framing the ocean beyond. Soft green tones and touches of wood create a calm, welcoming atmosphere, while a comfortable lounge provides plenty of space to relax. Alongside is a dining area for eight guests and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools.

Outside, the terrace is positioned to make the most of the views over Saint-Jean Bay. A heated swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, while a pergola provides a shaded sitting area furnished with a sofa and cushions. Palm trees, local shrubs and tropical planting surround the villa, adding privacy and greenery to the setting.

The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the main level and open onto the garden, while the remaining two are upstairs and enjoy ocean views. One of the bathrooms also features an outdoor shower.

With its heated pool, spacious living areas and elevated ocean views, Villa JNANA offers a peaceful setting in Saint-Jean for groups of friends or families of up to eight guests.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
