Covered Outdoor Living and Dining Areas

Set above St-Jean Bay with views towards Eden Rock, this spacious five-bedroom villa offers bright interiors, generous outdoor living and accommodation for up to ten guests.

Arranged over two levels connected by a staircase, the villa centres around a large open-plan living space overlooking the bay. The main area includes a lounge with a large HD screen, a dining area and a well-equipped American kitchen. A second lounge is positioned perpendicular to the main building and features comfortable sofas and a bar, with carved wooden cladding filtering soft light into the space.

Large glass doors open onto the terrace, where a heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and palm trees. An alcove set into the blonde-stone wall provides cushioned bench seating, while a lawn and barbecue complete the outdoor area. Parking is available at the rear of the property.

The villa has five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and HD screen. One bedroom is located on the main level and features a king-size bed, seating area, private terrace and views. The remaining four bedrooms are on the lower level and have their own terraces, with one offering twin beds. A well-equipped fitness room is also located on this level.

With spacious indoor and outdoor areas, a heated pool and views across St-Jean Bay, the villa is well suited to families or groups of friends looking to stay together in St-Barths.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

In most of our St Barts villas, the housekeeper can assist with personal laundry for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance, as this is not a professional service and our agency accepts no liability for damages.

Additional Information

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
