Set in the wooded hills of the Tourterelles district, Villa Emotion is a four-bedroom property overlooking St Jean Bay. Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa offers private indoor and outdoor spaces surrounded by tropical greenery and is located close to Saint-Jean Beach.

The villa is arranged across a main building and two bungalows. Inside the main building, the air-conditioned living room opens directly onto the terrace and features comfortable seating, a coffee table and an HD screen. The indoor dining area sits alongside a well-equipped stainless-steel kitchen, while large windows bring natural light into the living spaces and frame views of the surrounding hills.

Outside, the spacious terrace provides several areas for dining and relaxing. A covered al fresco dining area overlooks the surroundings, while steps lead down to the wooden pool deck. The swimming pool is accompanied by cushioned deckchairs, parasols and an outdoor lounge with armchairs and a coffee table. A green lawn extends below the bungalows, adding further space to the tropical setting.

Villa Emotion has four air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with a television, en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower. Two bedrooms are located in separate bungalows to the right of the main building, with views across the garden towards St Jean Bay. The remaining two are positioned to the left of the living room and open onto the pool terrace.

With four bedrooms, a private swimming pool and views over St Jean Bay, Villa Emotion provides a comfortable and private setting for up to eight guests in St Barths.

House rules

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Additional Information

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Swimming Pool

The pool heating system operates from 15 November to 30 April. During this period, the water temperature is maintained between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions.
