Comfortable seating, air conditioning and US and French satellite television ensure a pleasant stay, while a separate library provides a quiet corner for reading. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine and ice maker, flowing effortlessly into the indoor dining area with seating for up to six guests. Soft pastel tones, warm wood finishes and natural materials create a calm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

Outside, a covered terrace offers an alfresco dining area overlooking the bay, while the private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for leisurely days in the Caribbean sunshine. An outdoor lounge with comfortable seating provides the perfect spot to unwind, surrounded by tropical greenery and uninterrupted sea views.

The villa accommodates up to six guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with either a king-size bed or twin beds and benefiting from its own en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom opens directly onto the main terrace, allowing guests to make the most of the tranquil outdoor setting. Rich wood furnishings, natural rattan and soft fabrics create restful and comfortable retreats.

Minimum Stay

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

Occupancy

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.
