The Point at Jolly Harbour is a secluded two-bedroom waterfront cottage located on Reed’s Point, a private peninsula within Jolly Harbour on Antigua’s west coast. Surrounded by landscaped grounds, the property enjoys panoramic views across the Caribbean Sea towards Montserrat and Nevis, along with beautiful sunsets. Its peaceful setting offers privacy while remaining within easy reach of Jolly Harbour’s beaches, restaurants and amenities.

Arranged over two levels, the cottage features two independent bedrooms with separate entrances, making it particularly suited to couples or small groups of up to four guests. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has a queen-size bed. Both include a private bathroom, wardrobe, ceiling fan and veranda with armchairs, a coffee table and sea views. The king bedroom also features a bathtub and open shower. Louvred windows with mosquito screens allow the natural sea breeze to circulate.

The outdoor spaces centre around a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a shaded cabana featuring a hammock. A separate lounge area beside the kitchen offers sofas, armchairs and a coffee table. Two additional cottages provide a Balinese-style daybed for relaxing and a guest bathroom with a shower.

Positioned in a separate building above the sea, the open-plan kitchen includes a cooktop, refrigerator, sink, small appliances, utensils and a round dining table. The property also benefits from Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping, grounds and pool maintenance, and concierge services. Additional services, including a private chef, grocery shopping, in-villa spa treatments and a private driver, can be arranged on request.

Jolly Harbour Beach is a short walk away, offering watersports and beachfront dining. Fryes Bay, Darkwood Beach and Turner’s Beach are all within a ten-minute drive. The nearby Jolly Harbour complex provides supermarkets, restaurants, shops, a marina, golf and sporting facilities. St. John’s is approximately 20 minutes away by car, while English Harbour and V.C. Bird International Airport are around 40 minutes away.

Please note that the property has steep cobbled pathways connecting its different levels and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Children under 12 and pets are not permitted. The property is rented exclusively to one group at a time, regardless of the number of bedrooms booked.
