Situated on a working vineyard in the heart of the Val d’Orcia, this five-bedroom estate synthesizes traditional Tuscan materiality with expansive views of a UNESCO World Heritage landscape. The property is defined by its integration into the viticultural environment, offering a lifestyle centered around the rolling topography of Montepulciano.

The outdoor living spaces are anchored by a 12m x 6m private infinity pool that aligns with the horizon. A spacious sun deck and an outdoor shower complement the pool area, while a dedicated pergola provides a structured environment for al fresco dining. The grounds also feature a BBQ area and private parking secured by an alarm system.

Inside, the ground floor is composed of a sitting room with large glass doors that open onto a panoramic terrace. The kitchen is designed in a traditional style, featuring a long dining table for communal meals. This level also includes a full bathroom and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Accommodation is distributed across three distinct structures to ensure privacy:

• Main Villa: The first floor houses three suites, including a master suite with a bathtub and wall shower, and two additional king/twin bedrooms with en-suite showers.
• Annex: A separate building containing one king/twin bedroom suite with a private bathroom.
• Pool Annex: Located on the lower floor near the water, this unit provides one king/twin bedroom suite with a private bathroom.

All five bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The stay includes utilities, final cleaning, and housekeeping services for two hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Guests also receive a welcome basket and a curated wine tasting on-site.
