Guests can dine al fresco or unwind under the trees on a large covered patio, or by the 7 x 18 meter swimming pool, which was converted from an old water basin. The pool area is equipped with sun mats and sun beds, accessible via a short staircase or by car within the property. A pergola adjacent to the lounge room offers valley views, perfect for evening drinks. Additional outdoor amenities include a barbecue, a wood-burning pizza oven, outdoor table tennis, and a bocce court, all within the private parking area.

Inside, the villa features comfortable living spaces across three floors. The ground floor hosts several sitting areas and a magnificent eat-in kitchen and dining room, complete with an open fireplace and a large dining table. A cozy winter garden provides an additional lounging space, while a dedicated sitting and TV room offers a fireplace, game table, and an extensive library in English, opening directly onto an outdoor patio. The villa accommodates up to 14 guests across six bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. The layout includes:

• First Floor: A master bedroom with two French beds and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring both a shower and a separate tub. Another bedroom suite offers two French beds, a small reading/lounge room with a day bed, and an en-suite shower bathroom.
• Second Floor: One queen bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. A queen/twin bedroom with an en-suite tub bathroom. A queen/twin bedroom suite with a small reading/lounge room and a day bed, featuring an en-suite shower bathroom.
