Offering generous and airy spaces ideal for large-scale entertaining, Villa Ametista can accommodate up to 12 guests (plus two additional guests if required), featuring six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms spread over the main villa and the dépendance.

Immersed on a four-hectare estate, the property boasts exceptional views from the swimming pool and a spacious poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and bask in the sun. The garden also features a generous alfresco dining area with a barbecue and pizza oven under the shade of a pergola where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian dishes.

The ground floor hosts spacious living areas furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs offering plenty of seating. On this floor, you will also find a spacious dining room with a large table and a modern fully-equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you might need for your stay. The ground floor also houses a comfortable double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with a tub.

Accessed by a short flight of steps, the first floor houses two spacious double bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, and two double bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms with a shower.

One more double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with an exclusive marble bathtub can be found in the dépendance situated next to the main villa. Please note that the villa can accommodate 12 guests plus 2 guests in two single beds that can be added to the bedrooms according to the preferences of the guests.
