Originally built in 1901 by an American admiral and meticulously refurbished in 2019, Villa Porto Felice showcases a fusion of Italian and American mid-century design. Inside, iconic furniture from Cassina, Vitra, and Moroso complements artwork by renowned sculptor Bijan Bassirith, creating an elegant atmosphere across nine light-filled bedrooms.

Expansive gardens feature azaleas, ginkgo trees, an olive grove, and a kitchen garden supplying fresh produce for the villa’s culinary offerings. Pets

Pets allowed on request at the villa Owner's discretion. Pet approval may include additional fees and/or a security deposit.

Legal

In order to shoot and/or film in the Villa, the production company must provide a comprehensive insurance policy. The rental amount shall be paid in full upon booking. Any additional services provided during the production shall be billed and paid at the end of the rental.

Minimum Stay

The property can be booked for stays of less than 7 nights; however, a 30% premium will apply.

Services are available 7 days per week at the following times: Breakfast: 7:30 -10:00 am Lunch: 12:30 – 2:30 pm Dinner: 7:30 – 9:30 pm Meal times can be pre-arranged with the Chef and the Villa Manager at no additional cost if the total number of working hours does not exceed the pre-booked shift hours. Snacks and aperitifs are available upon request and can be arranged directly with the Chef or the Villa Manager.

Food and Sundries

The Food & Beverage expenses deposit is €500 per guest for bookings of 7 nights or more, and €250 per guest for bookings of 3-6 nights. The deposit must be paid in advance by wire transfer or credit and will be used to prepare the menus chosen by Guests. It will be balanced according to further expenses made during the stay.

Housekeeping

Personal laundry services are available for the following costs: - Hand-Washing: €5 per item + staff’s extra-time cost. - Machine–Washing + Dryer: €25 per load (max 3 Kg). - Ironing: €10 per item + staff’s extra-time cost.

Additional Information

Staff & Services

The Staff can be available for additional hours time at the following cost: €100 per hour for the Private Chef; €60 per hour for the Villa Manager; €40 per hour for Housekeeping; After midnight, there will be a 50% surcharge for extra hours for each Staff Member.
