Spread across two levels and 274 m² of interior space, the villa sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. The main house includes a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two additional double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There are 2.5 bathrooms in total, with an additional shower in the separate spa building.
At the heart of the house is an open-plan living area with full-height windows, two fireplaces, and a mezzanine-level library. A fully equipped kitchen opens to both the dining and living areas, with views across the countryside. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are available for those needing to stay connected.
A separate spa building includes a dry sauna, wet sauna, massage rest area, and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Outdoor spaces also include a deck area for entertaining and lounging.
