Surrounded by open landscapes, volcanic terrain and wide views across the lake and mountains, the setting is both private and dramatic. From the villa, guests have immediate access to the Golden Circle route and are within easy reach of South Iceland’s waterfalls, geysers and glacier landscapes, while Keflavik International Airport is approximately 1.5 hours away.
Positioned on the water’s edge, the property is designed to make the most of its surroundings. Large windows frame uninterrupted lake and mountain views, and the outdoor hot tub is set to enjoy the changing light, long summer evenings and northern lights in winter.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. The master bedroom features lake views and a full ensuite bathroom. Two additional double bedrooms are located in the main area, one with access to a hall bathroom and the other using either the hall bathroom or a downstairs bathroom. A separate staff space includes a double bedroom and bathroom, available if required. In total, there are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
The heart of the home is a large open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area with direct access to the outdoor terrace. Amenities include WiFi, TV, sound system and a fireplace, creating a comfortable base for exploring Iceland while enjoying a truly exceptional natural setting.
