The main living space, a testament to sophisticated comfort, is generously appointed with a plush seating area, a large HD-TV, and a state-of-the-art Bose sound system, all enhanced by air-conditioning. Adjacent, a striking raw wood dining table accommodates up to eight guests, complementing the impeccably equipped kitchen. This culinary space features a breakfast bar, premium appliances including an electric oven, gas stove, microwave, and a Nespresso machine, ensuring every convenience for a seamless stay.

The true heart of this residence lies outdoors, where a magnificent infinity swimming pool appears to spill into the endless blue of the ocean. This main pool is also heated for year-round enjoyment. Surrounding this aquatic haven are comfortable daybeds and a charming gazebo, offering a shaded lounge area from which to absorb the breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. For al fresco moments, a covered outdoor dining area seating eight provides an ideal setting for meals, while various seating nooks invite quiet contemplation or lively conversation. The villa uniquely features two private pools, ensuring ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.

Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms serves as a private sanctuary, adorned with tasteful warm wood and taupe accents, and opening directly onto a terrace to embrace the mild island air. Two generous king-bedded suites reside on the main level, each with an en-suite bathroom, double sinks, and dressing rooms, all presenting captivating ocean vistas. Minimum Stay in our St Barts Villas

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

How many people can stay in a villa booked?

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Can I wash my clothes at the villa?

To ensure a truly carefree escape, each of our St Barts villas is appointed with a washing machine, and most include a dryer. These amenities are attended to by your dedicated housekeeper, who is available to assist with your personal laundry for a modest fee, allowing you to travel light and embrace a seamless vacation experience. Kindly note that our villas in St. Barts are an exception to this offering. While direct guest use of these appliances is not customary due to insurance considerations, our concierge is at your service to explore any specific needs you may have.
