Situated on a hillside in Lurin, St-Barths, this recently constructed five-bedroom villa presents expansive panoramic ocean views and captivating sunsets. Its contemporary design offers a private and exclusive retreat, conveniently located near Gouverneur and Salines beaches, and the vibrant town of Gustavia.

Spanning three levels, the villa's modern architecture integrates art and sophistication. The main level hosts a serene living room, offering a peaceful atmosphere with its panoramic ocean views. This space is appointed with large sofas, glass tables, and refined decor, complemented by air conditioning, ceiling fans, HD-TV, Dish Network, Apple TV, and a Sonos sound system. The adjacent gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a professional gas stove and oven, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a microwave, a professional ice maker, Nespresso and regular coffee machines, and an oversized wine cellar. A large breakfast bar provides casual seating. The dining area, located on the covered terrace, features a sleek table accommodating up to ten guests, positioned to capture the ocean vista.

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment. A sumptuous 19 x 4.5 meter heated infinity pool anchors the main terrace, which features comfortable loungers and deck chairs. An alfresco living room provides an additional area for repose. Evenings are enhanced by modern and chic outdoor lighting, perfect for enjoying the glorious sunsets. A gas barbecue is available for outdoor dining.

The villa features five spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and terrace access. Each suite draws inspiration from an iconic haute-couture brand. The Louis Vuitton master suite, situated on the upper level, offers a four-poster king bed, distinctive wood parquet floors sourced from an original Orient Express carriage, a private terrace, and private access. Its en-suite bathroom includes a rain head shower. The Bulgari suite, located on the lowest level, features a king bed and a private terrace complete with a heated jacuzzi. The remaining three king-bedded suites are on the main level, each opening directly onto the main terrace and pool area. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, HD-TV, Dish Network, Apple TV, and a safe, with en-suite bathrooms providing rain head showers and hair dryers.

For guests focused on wellness, a fully equipped, air-conditioned fitness room on the main level includes a weight machine, treadmill, and step machine, alongside HD-TV and Dish Network. The property provides private parking at the entrance and offers disabled access. Smoking is not permitted within the villa.

Minimum Stay in our St Barts Villas

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

How many people can stay in a villa booked?

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Can I wash my clothes at the villa?

To ensure a truly carefree escape, each of our St Barts villas is appointed with a washing machine, and most include a dryer. These amenities are attended to by your dedicated housekeeper, who is available to assist with your personal laundry for a modest fee, allowing you to travel light and embrace a seamless vacation experience. Kindly note that our villas in St. Barts are an exception to this offering. While direct guest use of these appliances is not customary due to insurance considerations, our concierge is at your service to explore any specific needs you may have.
