Positioned in the hills of Lurin just minutes from Gustavia, this four-bedroom residence commands panoramic ocean views and prime exposure for evening sunsets. Secured behind a stone wall and wooden gate, the property balances privacy with sweeping coastal sightlines, offering a highly composed environment for up to eight guests.

The exterior is defined by an expansive terrace anchored by a heated infinity swimming pool that spans the deck, flanked by cream-colored sun loungers. A shaded gazebo provides a secondary vantage point for observing the harbor's yacht traffic, while an open-air lounge is arranged for evening use. Adjacent, a covered dining area integrates a gas barbecue for alfresco meals.

Inside, the main living space operates dynamically; it can remain completely open to natural trade winds or closed for climate-controlled comfort. The lounge is centered around a soft sofa and an HD screen equipped with Apple TV. Transitioning seamlessly from the living area, the professional-grade kitchen is finished in wood and stainless steel. It features a breakfast bar, wine cellar, gas stove, and specialized appliances ensuring full culinary capability.

The sleeping quarters are distributed across two levels. On the lower level, the primary suite features a king-size bed and opens onto a private terrace with direct ocean views. A second bedroom on this level also offers a king bed and private terrace access. The main level houses two additional bedrooms: one opening to the main terrace and another connecting to the living room, which can be configured with twin beds upon request. All four bedrooms include air conditioning, televisions, safes, and en-suite bathrooms equipped with double washbasins and rain showers.

Minimum Stay in our St Barts Villas

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

How many people can stay in a villa booked?

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Can I wash my clothes at the villa?

To ensure a truly carefree escape, each of our St Barts villas is appointed with a washing machine, and most include a dryer. These amenities are attended to by your dedicated housekeeper, who is available to assist with your personal laundry for a modest fee, allowing you to travel light and embrace a seamless vacation experience. Kindly note that our villas in St. Barts are an exception to this offering. While direct guest use of these appliances is not customary due to insurance considerations, our concierge is at your service to explore any specific needs you may have.
