This 12-acre estate is situated on the hills overlooking Portofino Bay, offering expansive sea views and complete privacy. The property is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the town center, with its array of shops and restaurants. Access to the villa is distinctive, involving a 200-meter walk through a rock-carved tunnel, followed by an elevator ride directly to the entrance.

The extensive private park provides a tranquil escape, featuring a panoramic saltwater swimming pool with a unique bar carved into the rocks. Guests can enjoy four distinct outdoor dining areas, including a vine-covered gazebo that offers uninterrupted sea views. The estate also includes a tennis court, a barbecue area, and a deck, all furnished with plush white cushions for comfort. The closest beach is a 15-minute walk away.

Inside, the villa presents elegant living spaces across two floors. The ground floor features a sitting room with a fireplace and traditional wood-beamed high ceilings, alongside another expansive living room that opens onto a terrace. A formal dining room boasts a vaulted ceiling and large windows, framing views of the harbor. The interiors are appointed with a blend of antiques and modern furnishings. This floor also includes a fully equipped, modernized kitchen with a dishwasher and a guest bathroom. An elevator provides convenient access between floors, and the villa is equipped with central heating, Wi-Fi, TV with cable, and a washer and dryer.

The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.
