Villa Pacifica is a contemporary residence designed by master architect Pepe de Yturbe, with a prime location on a stunning 11,000-square-foot site with stunning coastal views. This grand property is known as one of the most exceptional luxury vacation villas in Punta Mita.
With direct beach access, guests can relax on the white sand or laze in a hammock as the waves lap gently at the shore. The warm waters are perfect for swimming and snorkelling, and guests can also enjoy a host of water sports with the villa’s supply of kayaks, paddle boards and body boards. The waters are home to a beautiful array of sea life, and lucky guests may even spot whales or dolphins passing by.
When not enjoying the ocean, guests can take a dip in the swimming pool, unwind in the Jacuzzi, laze on the poolside day beds, or enjoy a siesta in one of the beachfront hammocks.
There are several outdoor living spaces from which to view spectacular sunsets or huddle around a firepit for a cosy evening. Alfresco meals can be enjoyed on the shaded terrace or by the beach for a romantic setting.
The front entrance to the estate features tropical gardens with palm trees, expansive lawns, and a stunning half-moon pond. Once inside the gates, there is a royal palm courtyard, which looks straight through the living room to the ocean.
Villa Pacifica offers 11,000 square feet of beautiful living spaces. The contemporary interiors perfectly blend sophisticated elegance with a relaxed décor and traditional Mexican design elements.
The main living room at the centre of the villa features comfortable couches, a 14-person dining table, and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow cool breezes to flow through the property. Adjoining the living room is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen available for staff and guest use.
A well-equipped media room with a TV, sound system and collections of games and books is ideal for keeping guests of all ages entertained.
Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in the villa’s five luxurious suites. All suites feature en-suite facilities and a private patio, balcony or courtyard; the master suite also boasts a luxurious outdoor tub with ocean views. For larger groups, there are two twin-bedded cabana rooms available on request.
Weddings and special events can be hosted at the Villa Pacifica making it not only a luxurious holiday home but also the ideal location for celebrating special occasions.
