The exclusive location of Casa Koko in a residential community offers ultimate privacy and safety along with easy access to some of the most secluded beaches, golf courses, tennis courts and the finest local restaurants.
The villa was crafted by the renowned architect Juan Collignon and designer Karen Collignon making use of raw materials such as classic stone, warm wood, and tranquil, soothing tones that create an atmosphere of elegance and serenity.
Among the many highlights of the villa are the dining terrace under a palm-thatched roof, the spa area, fitness room, jacuzzi and the infinity pool, which offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
Accommodating up to 22 guests (18 adults and four children) in its nine beautifully appointed bedrooms, Casa Koko is a sanctuary for those who want to unwind and recharge their batteries. There are two oceanfront master suites, two ocean-view guest suites and five garden bedrooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms.

Mexican Cooking Class led by our chef, this cooking lesson can be adapted to different ages and guests can choose the dish or dishes they are interested in learning.
Hiking Tour (20 min from Punta Mita) led by a guide knowledgeable in the fauna, flora, geography and culture of the region. The route can be adapted to different fitness levels. Includes roundtrip transportation.
Bicycle Tour: Low-difficulty cycling tour inside the gated community of Punta Mita for 6 guests at a time. Led by one of our staff members the tour length and the route can be adapted to different fitness levels.
